From Jill Wall: The place where I get my flour and most baking recipes, http://www.julesglutenfree.com, helped to make the worlds largest gluten free cake. It was presented to Congress to help the cause and awarness of better and needed labeling laws. Hopefully this has brought the needed attention to labeling issues.
